failure to separate turning and braking: crash report

This crash happened because the rider failed to separate turning and braking causing the bike to twist and fall to the ground. Although it's impossible to tell how fast the rider is going the peripheral view and the lack of distance slide view suggests he wasn't exceeding 50mph. The rider narrowly missed hitting the cement mixer but had the rider stood the bike upright and applied both brakes firmly this would have never happened.
